The proliferation of the internet has generated diverse opportunities for individuals globally. While students’ engagement with the Internet often centers on social interaction and entertainment, its potential as a resource for academic and scientific information is evident. Consequently, it is imperative to promote the utilization of this invaluable tool by students to support their academic pursuits. This study examined the use of online facilities in the teaching and students study habits among Undergraduates in Ondo State. This study adopted a descriptive design of correlational type. A total of one hundred and eighty Undergraduates in Ondo State were selected using simple random sampling techniques. Questionnaires consisting of demographic information and sections which are standardized are used in this study. Research questions and hypothesis were used in this study and analyse frequency distribution, percentage and Pearson Product Moment Correlations (PPMC). The findings of the study showed that online facilities influence study habits among Undergraduates in Ondo State(x =2.66 > 2.50), online facilities influence in teaching among Undergraduates in Ondo State is low (x =2.15 < 2.50) and there is significant relationship between online facilities in the teaching and study habits among Undergraduates in Ondo State; r (178) = .232, p <0.05.In this study, online facilities influence study habits. It is recommended that students should be encourage on how to developed and maintain good study habits as this will reduce examination anxiety.
